Prep time: 30 mins
Serves: 6-8 persons
Marie biscuits 1 pack (12 biscuits)
Condensed milk 1 small can
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
Chocolate chips for sprinkling
Rice crispies 1/2 cup
Grind Marie biscuits in your grinder/food processor and melt 50g of butter in a pan. Combine butter and biscuit crumbs and layer it in a small deep dish. Start whipping the cream with an electric beater on medium speed. Add vanilla essence and sugar, and whip for 10 minutes or until the cream is whipped properly. Make the second layer of the desert with condensed milk and third layer with rice crispies. Melt chocolate and butter in a pan and pour it over as the forth layer. Next, spread the whipped cream for the fifth layer with a spatula or with a piping cone. Lastly, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Freeze it for 3-4 hours before serving.
