Eating healthy food is important for everyone, especially for children. Growing kids need proper diet which includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. I know that sometimes parents struggle to keep up a healthy lifestyle. While every child has a different eating habit, we can still try a little every single day to encourage kids to eat healthy food.
First of all, sit down and make them aware of the possible harmful effects of eating processed and junk food. The choices they make today and how it effects their future. Make them realize that only they are responsible for anything that goes inside their bodies. Eating clean has so many benefits:

- Show some love to your culture.
